Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

• Account data: your name and email address. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture (if available) from your Google Account.
• Assessment data: your test answers and the personal details you enter during a test, such as name, email, WhatsApp number, age or date of birth, gender, education, work experience, current role and target role.
• Assessment results: scores, profiles and reports generated from your answers.
• Transaction data: credit purchase history, order numbers, the buyer’s WhatsApp number and proof-of-purchase codes. We do not store card or bank account details; payments are processed by our payment partners (such as Mayar and Stripe).

2. Data from your Google Account

When you choose "Continue with Google", we only request basic sign-in access (OpenID and email address). We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, contacts or any other Google data.

• Data we receive: your name, email address and profile picture (if available).
• How we use it: to create and recognise your account, process sign-in, link your account to your assessment results and credit balance, and contact you about your account.
• Storage: this data is stored in the service database with our cloud infrastructure provider for as long as your account is active.
• Sharing: we do not sell your Google Account data and do not share it with third parties, except with the infrastructure providers needed to run the service or where required by law. It is not used for advertising and is not used to train AI models.
• PersonaFit’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. How we use data

• To run tests and generate assessment reports. Narrative reports are produced with the help of third-party AI services that process your answers and scores solely to generate the report.
• To show assessment results to the company that invited you, if you took the test through a company link.
• To process credit purchases and balances.
• To send service notifications by email or WhatsApp, for example that a report is ready.
• To keep the service secure and improve it.

4. Who may receive data

• Inviting company: if you take a test through a company link, your personal details, answers and assessment results can be viewed by that company.
• Service providers: our cloud infrastructure provider, the AI services that generate reports, payment partners and email/WhatsApp delivery services — only as needed to run the service.
• Authorities, where required by law.
• We do not sell your personal data.

5. Storage and security

Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access is restricted by user role. We keep data while your account is active or as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.

6. Your rights

• You can request a copy, correction or deletion of your account and data by emailing personafit@alteramail.com from your account email address.
• You can revoke PersonaFit’s access to your Google Account at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date of the latest update is always shown at the top of this page.
