Terms of Service

1. The service

PersonaFit360 is a candidate assessment platform for companies and a licensed product of AlteraOne L.L.C.

2. Accounts

• You can sign in with a Google Account or email. The information you provide must be accurate.
• You are responsible for activity that takes place through your account.

3. Credits and payment

• Assessment reports are paid for with credits. Credit prices are shown on the purchase page before you pay.
• Payments are processed by our payment partners.
• All payments are final. No refunds are given under any circumstances once a transaction has been processed.
• Access to PersonaFit360 assessment reports is granted as soon as payment is confirmed.
• The purchased service is a digital product — a personal psychometric assessment report — that cannot be returned once issued.
• Technical issues can be reported to personafit@alteramail.com within 24 hours of payment for further handling.
• PersonaFit360 credit codes and vouchers are valid only on PersonaFit360.

4. Assessment results

Assessment results are supporting information for recruitment and development, not the sole basis for decisions. A company that sends a test link is responsible for using candidate results in line with applicable law.

PersonaFit was developed through a synthesis of three globally recognised psychological frameworks — DISC, MBTI and PAPI Kostick — and two international competency frameworks: the Spencer & Spencer Competency Model and the Universal Competency Framework (SHL). The PersonaFit360 instruments, questions and scoring methodology are independently developed. PersonaFit360 is not affiliated with, certified by, or an official product of the owners of the referenced frameworks.

5. Prohibited use

• Using the service for unlawful purposes.
• Sharing your account with others or accessing someone else’s account without permission.
• Copying, reselling or reverse-engineering the PersonaFit360 instruments, questions or scoring methodology.
• Disrupting or attempting to breach the security of the service.

6. Intellectual property

The PersonaFit360 instruments, questions, scoring methodology, design and content are protected by intellectual property rights and may not be used outside the service without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service or from decisions made on the basis of assessment results.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service. The date of the latest update is always shown at the top of this page.
